For greater impact, we try and address different needs of the communities we
work with and channel multiple interventions simultaneously.
For greater efficiency, we will partner with specialized providers where
possible; alternatively, we will strive to develop sustainable business
models.
In all cases, we will remain focused on efficiency and impact of our work.
Legal Forms:
We have established two legal entities to take implement our work.
Kriti Social Initiatives (KSI), is a not-for-profit entity that is
registered as a Trust.
Kriti Sustainable Livelihoods (KSL), is a for-profit entity registered as a
Partnership Firm.
Our activities are spread between these two entities. The two legal forms
enable us to undertake both revenue generating (such as livelihoods) and
non-revenue generating (such as community health education) activities with
the community.
